Week of 1/28/17:

Borrower is buying a duplex.

Borrower's income is under the table. Local market rents don't cover the payment on the duplex.

Solution is LLC and a commercial loan where we completely ignore buyer's other debts and we just work off the debt service coverage of the property. Loan gets funded!
